Staff were very good.
The hotel seems to have seen better days with many worn-down features that compromise comfort. My room had defective amenities, including a broken safe deposit box and a dysfunctional phone. The bathroom emitted a terrible odor, and the overall cleanliness and state of repair left much to be desired.

Zakaria greeted us warmly at check-in! The breakfast spread was delightful and packed with options to start the day right!
The wake-up call never came! Checkout was chaotic. the front desk was empty when we needed assistance.
